Job Description
Responsibilties
- Maintaining highest level of accuracy during compensation related tasks.
- Leverage skills in SAP and other Payroll applications to assist in training other team members
- Interact with customers to clarify report requirements.
- Complete service requests for Payroll and resolve issues within service level agreements
- Accept accountability and generate action in resolving issues
- Support any special process requirements to meet client requests
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Solve problems largely by precedent with referral to detailed instructions/procedures
- Escalate issues and seeks advice when faced with non-standard issues/problems
- Share knowledge and experience with other members of team
· Coach inexperienced team members and prove first level advice on procedures
· Prepare work schedules to ensure appropriate coverage
· Assist in monitoring workload
· To maintain all section of the Payroll LWI’s and ensure process manuals are up to date
· Post and update Payroll policies and guidelines
· Draft communication as needed
· Work with onshore when there is a change in the Payroll process
· Follow up on queries and to respond in 24 hours
· Undertake quality audits and prepare quality reports
Process:
- The individual will be responsible for performing tasks such as update of DD/W4 on the Payroll system.
- Interfacing of files.
· Performing Reconciliations and identifying discrepancies.
· Performing of quality audits of daily work.
· Coordinating with onshore for resolution of process related issues
