Primary Functions/Responsibilities: - Do verifications for HireRight clients through Work Number/ NSCH interactions - Adhere to client/company defined quality norms - Stay updated with latest information on various HireRight/TranWorks processes. - Adhere to productivity and service levels norms - Adhere to guidelines for code of conduct | Skills & Knowledge Necessary - Ability to use the desktop computer system: Booting & shutting down the computer system. - Familiarity of Operating Systems (windows 98/95/2000/NT) & Internet. - Typing speed: minimum 30 wpm. - Familiarity with search engines. - Written communication – ability to communicate clearly & correctly. Desirable - Interpersonal skills - Time management skills - Willingness to learn |

Educational Qualification Required: 10+2 (Preferably Graduate). Others: Willingness to work in rotational night shifts. | Work Experience: 6 months - 1-year Call Center experience. |
