Job Description
Responsible for realization and ensuring of reliable and efficient Operations of Netapp Storage in Data Centers located in various geographical locations
Monitoring, Event Management, administration
Reporting, Asset management (Maintenance Tracking),
Capacity Management(Capacity Reporting)
Documentation
Monitoring; incident tracking;
performing of standard Changes
Tracking of maintenance activities
KPI tracking for Vendor activities.
