Junior Software Engineers : 1 to 3 years exp
Senior Software Engineers : 3 to 5 years exp
The following skills and characteristics are expected:
* You command the English language very well both orally and in writing. Having studied abroad or out of state is considered a great advantage. You are interested in nurturing customer relationships and feel confident in communicating with international Senior PHP
Developer/Team Leader clients.
* You feel confident in leading people as part of your daily work.
You are a social and self assured leader who radiates confidence to co-workers.
* With your broad skills in PHP script, you would be a good trouble shooter. It is an advantage if you also know some Linux administration (MySQL, apache, DNS trouble-shooting),
flex, and flash technologies.
* You are a very proactive person who always thinks one step further to give value to the clients and the organization.
* You have an open mind which triggers you suggest and implement changes in the organization.
