Role Purpose: Procurement Analyst
Principal responsibilities:
•Process all billing requests in accordance with the contract (HW/SW and Services)
•Generating invoices, credit memo, enrolling new deals by creating agreements and contracts.
•Coordinate and communicate the requirement for consolidated billing and special billing instructions
•Request creation of contract, credit/rebill and provide information to end users.
•Analyze customer contract and contract summary sheet and prepare order paperwork to be used by transaction processing group to enter contract details into appropriate order processing systems
•Raise / create purchase orders in oracle / ERP platform
•Liaising with various account managers and account payable team for getting invoices processed for payment.
•Produce multiple MIS reports using MS Excel, MS Access. Assist various account managers with their backend operations.
Critical skills:
•Good communication skills (oral and written) â€" Must be able to speak and write English very well
•Knowledge of Oracle applications like Order management, Install Base and Service Contracts is an advantage
•Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) skills.
•Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
•Tolerance for stress
•Detail oriented
•Problem solving
•Self-motivated / Team centered
•Initiative
Candidate specification:
•Must be a graduate or equivalent
•Proven customer service skills
•Adept in learning new systems
•Prior experience in the service industry is an advantage
•Prior experience in Order Management or Contract Management is an advantage
•Flexibility to shifts is a pre-requisite
•Prior BPO experience is added advantage
