Experience : 2 to 6 yrs
1. Min. 3 Yrs in Hardcore Sales.
2. Ability to sell the product.
3. 2 Yrs stability with atleast one employer is mandatory.
4. Should be presentable
5. Should have experience to handle HNI customers
Role :
1. Should develop Repo with Developers and procure new construction sites to develop business.
2. Source new HNI clients and handle the leads passed on by the National Team and ensure maximum conversions and bookings.
3. Handle and service the customer (Purchaser) end-to-end from booking to closure of deal.
4. Should be aggressive to source business and sales. Should be a good team player as well.
Responsibilities for Transaction Unit Head:
Exp: 7 to 10 yrs
 To generate revenues from original booking of the upcoming projects.
 Team handling & to meet out targets.
 Building relationship with Developers and Brokers.
 Identification of Good Projects, getting best deals and doing tie-up’s for them.
 Grasping the entire knowledge of geographical area.
