We are looking for Strategic Account Managers – Key Accounts to be based at Bangalore. The job role involves: · Selling Monster’s enterprise solutions to leading organizations. · Identify & analyze the clients’ requirements & propose customized solutions for talent acquisition. · Handling the most prestigious accounts of the branch. · Interaction with senior management in the client organizations & present Monster’s products & services · Would be responsible for Employer Branding and increasing the consumption of the overall Monster sales. · Manage complex sales situations & acquire clients based on "value based selling". · Would be responsible for co-ordinating, networking and interacting with the global sales team. · Should handle about 4.5+ Cr of revenues in a year. Specifications: · Graduate in any discipline, MBA would be an added advantage. · 7 -11 years of sales experience having experience in handling large corporate account individually. · Understanding of Large account Organization structure and decision making process in the organization. Ability to network. · Proven ability to identify and develop growing business opportunities in the existing clients. · Key Account selling skills – long term objectives. · Top of the line presentation skills. Able to make top class business presentations to the highest management levels. · Negotiation skills – aware of the scientific methods of negotiations. · Excellent written and oral communication skills. · Zeal for career in professional sales. | ||||||||||||||||
