Job Description

Position: J2me Programmer (User Interface)

Location: Noida

Platform: Java based Phones

Programming languages: java/j2me

Additional Skills: UI designs

Example Tasks: Creating skype like user interface for symbian, interacting with "Phone book", "Recent call list". Implementing http web API, Phone book synchronization with server. Implementing other functionalities with the help of existing API.



We are planning to create SIP based VOIP client for various mobile devices. This SIP client will enable user to Register to SIP Server and then allow him to make voip call. Its functionality would be quite similar to Skype or fring mobile client. This project is divided into three phases.



Phase 1: This phase will include basic calling features in mobile client. Also it will have additional features like contact book integration, couple of web API integration etc



Phase 2: This phase will include IM capability in the mobile client. IM will use XMPP protocol and client will also have interoperability with yahoo, MSN, Skype and other messenger clients.



Phase 3: It will include video capability in mobile client.
