Job Description:

- Extensive experience with VOIP / Call centre / Telephony solutions for SME

- Extensive experience of writing detailed system/functional specifications

- Some past development experience would be useful but not mandatory

- Good interpersonal & negotiation skills

- Good communication & presentation skills

- Good team player and passionate about the solution being delivered

- Particiapte in Scrum and ownership the stories/Backlog in Rally. Prioritizes stories.
Runs the Scrums along with Tech Manager.
Review Iteration deliveries and provide feedback

- Some experience in pre or post sales support of CC solutions

- Good awareness of Call Centre solutions
