Job Description:
Produce unit tested error free code and associated documentation in stipulated time frame. Follow design and program specifications.
Mandatory Skills:
• Javascript (Intermediate)
• Web Services (SOAP)
• SQL (Intermediate)
• Experience in configuration and administration of any customizable tools or services (Web applications more preferred)
• ITIL V3 knowledge (preferable)
• Should be able to understand overall impact on the system for the changes made.
• Typical professional background: With experience in technical helpdesks or in level 2 application support
Other General Skills:
• Should be able to communicate professionally well with other stake holders of the team
• Should be able to comprehend requirements as explained, documented or observed and implement as needed.
• Should be a team player.
• Should be willing to work in an overlapping shift on an occasion or two in a month
• Should be a Good learner
Desire skills:
• ITIL V3 certified
