Role
Responsible for onmobile product & platform support
Managing windows/linux servers, storage systems & Network
Server/product deployment, expansion & testing
Process adherence & incident reports
Providing 99.9% uptime
Troubleshooting on platform/products/networking/telecom/database
Take full responsibility of resolving queries
Coordinate with various functions internally to resolve problems
Skills
Linux System administration & Working knowledge on Windos Servers
Basic Knowledge on LAN, Routers, Firewall, VPN & VLAN
Experience in Database, backup, Product Support, Production Support/Application Support
Knowledge on Telecom Networks is an added advantage
Good communication skill
Certifications
CCNA/MCP/MCSE or RHCE
