Job Role : IT Help desk - Technical Support Associate (100% voice process) - Provide Technical solutions to the external customers via Remote Desktop - Experience in OS installation and troubleshooting - windows 2000, XP and Vista - Knowledge and experience in Networking - Experience in troubleshooting for Blackberry preferred - International voice process experience with excellent communication skills
Job Location : Bangalore
Shift : Yes ( Should be Flexible)
Eligibility: Any Graduate (10+2+3), Any Post Graduates, Diploma Holders (10+3)
Skills • Must have good communication skills • Must have knowledge on Computer Hardware and Networking concepts • Must be willing to work in Shifts • Atleast 1 year experience in REMOTE DESKTOP SUPPORT
Work Experience Candidates must have minimum 2 yrs experience in Technical Support (Voice)
