Desired Candidate Profile

The requirements are:

 

• 2-5 years of software development experience
• Must have an engineering degree or MCA
• Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, RDBMS concepts
• Sound Computer Science fundamentals is essential
• Strong Knowledge of Core Java is a must
• Experience in writing J2EE applications with hands on experience on Java, JSP, Servlets, XML, RDBMS concepts
• Web development experience using JSP, Struts, Javascript, Ajax
• Experience with at least one of the J2EE Application servers like WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss is a must
• Experience working in a very process oriented organization
• Experience in Microsoft technologies is desirable but not mandatory
• Exposure ECM/BPM applications like FileNet and Documentum is highly desirable
• Familiar with Enterprise Content Management understanding and any hands-on experience is a plus
• Have work experience with ECM products like EMC Documentum, IBM FileNet P8, IBM Content Manager, Unisys InfoImage, Global 360 etc. would be a plus
• Have work experience with SQL, Oracle, DB2 databases is a plus
• Excellent analysis and design skills
• Must be a fast learner
• Should be able to present and communicate effectively with clients, team members and management
• Excellent interpersonal skills
