One of our client companies within technopark have a requirement for the position of "Head Trainer & Project Manager". Please find below the description of the job profile and required skills
Company is an IT Experience Academy in collaboration with a multinational UK based software firm. Leveraging large client base within the software services industry in London, Bangalore, and Trivandrum, Company is well positioned to integrate the worlds of IT development and IT Training for the first time in India.
The Head Trainer & Project Manager would be responsible for:
· Project managing groups of 30 members working on several projects.
· Guiding project members through software process such as Agile.
· Mentoring project members on design patterns and best coding practices
· Conducting training sessions on JEE or .NET
The following are MUST HAVE attributes.
· At least 2 years experience in the IT industry. . Require commercial software development experience.
· Experience in team leading and mentoring junior developers
· Excellent Software developer with sound knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, architecture and design patterns such as GoF patterns, Distributed Web Patterns.
· Experience in conducting technical presentations
· Expert knowledge in either JEE or .NET
