Job Description
Provide technical leadership and architecture direction to development teams.End to end management of applications from requirements understanding, design, planning project deliveries, tracking to plan and production deployment
Work with business owners and project team members to analyze business needs and define requirements in order to maximize the project value
Prototype new advanced capabilities that may drive development teams
The candidate will also define development guidelines, mentor development engineers, review source code and development processes to ensure process diligence and process improvements as well as identify and evaluate technical product architecture enhancement opportunities
Skills:
Advanced knowledge of .NET 3.5 Architecture, C#, ASP.NET 3.5, MS SQL Server 2005/
2008
Proven ability to design and build application architectures and integrate third-party technologies
that scale and support application development and growth
Design pattern experience, specifically the Microsoft Patterns and Practices
Strong attention to details, ability to effective collaborate with teams and be able to get
resolution to complex problems in a time boxed environment
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ideal candidate is naturally interested in researching and applying new, innovative technologies
