Job Profile: On- roll Job
Job description:
- Initially, achieve targets of direct sales and identify & recruit the minimum expected number of Financial Consultants (Insurance Advisors) based on agreed profiles and ensure recruitment in accordance with the business plan.
- Recruit more Financial Consultants within the given time frame and achieve minimum expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of Financial Consultants.
- To continuously review performance of own team of Financial Consultants and to improve their productivity on an on going basis.
- Provide leadership and management to the team of Financial Consultants.
- Provide training and monitor development needs of financial consultants in the team; provide feedback on financial consultant’s performance.
- Set targets for consultants, review these & consistently raise them.
Candidate profile:
Essentially Graduate/MBA with working experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales in any industry
- Good analytical skills.
- Excellent professional track record.
- Candidate from sales background, from any industry.
- Knowledge of the market place and wide personal contacts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Remuneration:-
Birla Sun life: 2.3 lacs plus incentives
HDFC SLIC: 2.2 lacs plus incentives
Metlife: 1.75 lacs (fresher) to 2.5 lacs + incentives
