Job Description
Handling end to end operations of the call center handling all campaigns
Launching new initiatives to improve productivity, reduce cost and improve collections
Handling the Complaints, Service requests received from Clients
Planning, Forecasting the requirements as per the Campaigns
Maintaining the Collection targets month on month
Improving the contact-ability of the Customers
Audit & Risk Register
Making sure the BCP Plan is in place for every Campaign
Managing different set of vendors to ensure seamless deliverables on continuous basis
