Source Candidates for client requirements through different databases, job portals, headhunting, reference.
Screen candidates on the prerequisites set up by the client in the provided by the client, get internal processing done thru process heads for final presentation to the client.
Coordinate all the interview activity between the candidate and the client and provide timely and efficient service to both entities in terms of feedback, communication etc.
On successful hiring of the candidate ensure all compliance and other paper is handled in an appropriate, professional and timely manner.
