Job Description
Examples of the areas of work are:
- Running regression tests manually or with automated tools
- Analysis of problems found and work with developers resolve issues.
- Reproducing Field Issues in the lab environment
Essential Skills required for this role are:
- Self-starting and self-motivated personable team player.
- Experience of communications protocols using TCP/UDP/IP.
- Knowledge of the 3G network architecture , ECDMA, HSPA protocol
- Knowledge of lab setup and testing procedures.
- Able to analyse complex asynchronous systems.
- Experience of working with 3GPP and Internet specifications.
- Knowledge of Scripting using C or Perl is an added advantage
Desirable Requirements for this role are:
- Experience with handset Interoperability Testing.
- Software testing.
- Understanding of 3G wireless systems and testing.
