Minimum 5 years experience working with ASP.Net, C#
Minimum 3 years experience in building SharePoint solutions
Experience and understanding of MOSS Out of the box features [MOST IMPORTANT]
Experience in working with MOSS Web content management - Publishing sites
Experience in working with MOSS Enterprise Search, Shared Services, Caching
Good understanding of SharePoint solution development life cycle and best practices.
Hands on experience on developing, packaging, deploying and managing the MOSS solutions in a farm environment
2 to 4 years of experience with exposure to all phases of SDLC in Product/Distributed Development environment with Configuration and Version control.
Good Verbal and Written Communication
Bachelor of Engineering/ Science in IT
