Job Profile
· 7+ years of SW Development/ Architecture experience
· Minimum 2 years in the role of leading small technical team and Designing / Architecting enterprise applications.
· Strong hands-on technical experience and a demonstrated ability to move a product from conception to delivery
· Knowledge of C#, .Net, Visual Basic, ASP, HTML, XML, IIS, JavaScript, VBScript, C++
· Strong Design experience and technical skills. Additional exposure to TOAD, CMM/ISO will be a plus
· Experience with object-oriented design and development principles, and working with industry-standard engineering processes and methods
· Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
· Expertise with product development process architecture, development, functional/design specifications generation, unit testing
· BE/ BTECH Computer Science/ MCA in Computer Science from a reputed institute.
· Experience in delivering high quality software solutions with emphasis on accurate data delivery and data integrity.
