Contact Coordinators will have responsibility for maintaining the overall quality of data for all contacts and augmenting contact information for strategic clients.? Contact Coordinators will use internal resources and external data sources to validate and update contact information.? Data maintenance activities will include de-duping, standardizing, and identifying incomplete records.
It is envisioned that the Contact Coordinators will eventually be a critical element in performing analysis to develop stronger client relationships in pursuits and marketing programs.? For example, Contact Coordinators may help provide summary reports to track key contact and relationship metrics (e.g., attendance by levels, credits earned, etc.). This position requires close interaction with the CRM Team, client team professionals, and marketing personnel
Maintain an up-to-date repository of contact/relationship information stored in SAP CRM, especially as it relates to strategic clients
Interact with client service professionals, local and national marketing teams and external sources in order to:
Update contact records for recent Board appointments
Note promotions and significant accomplishments
Identify contact transitions to new companies
Help build client organization charts for client service plans
Conduct data integrity audits
Database extraction from hoovers, onesource etc.
Work on secondary research related to marketing database
Support the review and cleansing of imported contact lists
Remove duplicate contact records in CRM and across imported lists
Ensure CRM is updated for contacts related to clients on the client master
Help define data quality metrics for contact information and provide periodic updates
Additional responsibilities may include:
Assisting in ensuring proper updates to contact records based upon US Deloitte Champions and relationship owner approvals for opt-in to programs/events/communications
Provide reports to pursuit managers and client service professionals on an as-needed basis.
Support the identification of executives at client targets and identify key Deloitte resources who have relationships with these contacts
Proactively look for ways to use the reporting system (business warehouse) for analytics and reporting of campaign/program results
Understand risk factors related to contact information based upon attest and restricted entity clients
