MAINLY THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:-
• PHP experience should include working with social platforms like facebook applications, twitter (FBML, facebook apps, oauth, open social, facebook connect, open graph)
• design, development, implementation exp. with any databases and frameworks for PHP
• Includes implementation of frameworks such as MVC, Struts(Spring, Hibernate) etc., as required in projects
• Should understand databases (Microsoft SQL Server or ORacle or MySQL)
• Should be well versed in UML designs
