• Deep expertise using PHP/Ruby-on-Rails or Java/J2EE or .NET or any other language for creating enterprise applications, social computing applications, Web Applications
• Should have worked on at least one end to end application on either .NET or Java or PHP
• Understand Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
• Proficient in Web2.0 technologies, Frameworks, web services, XML. Design Patterns
• Exposure to working with cloud infrastructure, like Amazon or other cloud computing tools is desirable
• Exposure to mobile application frameworks is desirable
• PHP experience should include working with social platforms like facebook applications, twitter (FBML, facebook apps, oauth, open social, facebook connect, open graph)
