Job Description:
* Excellent hands-on skills with Ruby on Rails 2-5 years experience
* Knowledge and experience in relational databases preferably MySQL
* Good experience with Javascript/Ajax/Jquery coding skills
* Good understanding of web standards, CSS-based design,
cross-browser compatibility
* Good understanding of web technologies (HTTP, Apache) and
familiarity with Unix/Linux
* Have great problem-solving skills and an independent work ethic
* Should be able to work from scratch on own based on the market requirement
* Able to handle a team and take the responsibility for the
deliverables and releases
* Ability to work under deadlines ensuring good quality
Personal
* Good verbal and written communication skills and excellent
attention to details
* Self starter and ability to work independently or as a team on
multiple tasks/projects concurrently
* Experience of working through an entire project cycle -
requirements, design, implementation, review, testing and
documentation
* Minimum 2+ year of professional experience, preferably with a
product development team
• All other duties as assigned
