Understand requirements and develop product user interface presentation code (using Web 2.0 technologies, CSS, JS, etc)
Deliver rich looking user interface as per product requirements with attention to detail
Understand PHP scripting and ramp up PHP coding over a period

Must have very good expertise in Web 2.0 technologies, CSS, JS, etc.
Must have understanding on web technologies
Knowledge in PHP preferred; should be willing to work in PHP in the long run
Knowledge on browser compatibilities and managing pixels in the web pages
Demonstrate creativity
(3) Level of interaction - External & Internal
Offshore team interaction & customer interaction
(4) Education and Years of Experience
BE / B.Tech / MCA â€" Preferably from Engineering background
2 to 4 year
(5) Behavioral Competencies
Good in problem solving, willing to take up challenges, proactive, creative and can-do attitude.
Clear communication, attention to detail and ready for continuous learning.
