Mantis connects people with the India's greatest bus travel possibilities by retailing travel products and providing distribution and technology solutions for the bus travel industry. Founded by alumni of IIM A, ISB, IIT D, IIIT, REC and industry professionals, Mantis is the integrator of all the players in the travel industry. Mantis has developed state of the art global distribution system (called Mantis Connect) which has turned out to be the lifeline of Indian bus industry. Mantis Connect helps the bus operator and agents to work smarter, reduce operational costs, generate more revenue, encourage collaboration and build stronger customer relationships. At present, Mantis Connect provides over 20,000 bus travel agents instant access to 400,000 live bus seats inventory per day. At present, Mantis has operation in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Delhi, Punjab, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Goa. We are trying to expand operations in other part of the country as well. Mantis also provides inventory to OTAs and aggregators like VIA, Make My Trip, One Stop Shop, Ezeego1, Redubs and Hermes.
Software Engineer
● Write maintainable, unit-tested code to solve business problems
● Develop object-oriented models and design data structures for new software projects
● Implement business logic and data models with suitable class design
● Work on a cross-functional team, collaborating with peers on all elements of the development process
● Follow industry coding standards
● Create appropriate technical documentation
Qualifications
● 1-3 years experience
● Strong problem solving skills
● Ability to learn and start using new technology platforms fast
● Good understanding of data structures & algorithms
● Excellent coding skills – should be able to convert design into code fluently
● Understanding of one of PHP/Python/Java and SQL
● B Tech in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed college
● Experience with Linux platform is a plus
Salary Range : 4L -6 L
Notice Period : 10-15 Days
