• Good Knowledge in Windows Server operating system like Windows 2003 &
Windows 2008.
• Good working experience with Domain controllers (Multi site), DNS, DHCP & WINS.
• Knowledge on MS Exchange Server 2007 / 2010.
• Managing the Antivirus Server & Windows update server like WSUS, SCCM.
• Installing, Configuring other Microsoft products like MS-SQL, IIS, etc.
• Installing & trouble shooting OS like Windows XP, Windows 7.
• Configuring the email clients like MS Outlook all versions & thunderbird with MS
Exchange Server.
• Managing Data backup with enterprise backup management tool.
• Configuring & managing Print server in Windows.
• Good knowledge in Configuring the LAN, Wireless LAN, VLANs.
• Troubleshooting the Hardware, Software & Network related problems. Remote
clients support.
• Experience with handling users day to day issues and advanced support.
• Knowledge of trouble ticketing System & SLA.
