We have got some urgent openings for the position of Developer for a Multinational Company .
Qualification : Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience : 0 to 4 year

There is no right or wrong answer. So feel free to cast your honest opinion. We are interested to know your approach to solve the problem/situation.

1. You have been given a module in the project and it is one of the critical modules in the
project. If this module is not delivered then the client will cancel the project and hence the
company will loose 90% of its operations. The module should be delivered in another 2 weeks.
The estimated effort for this module is 1.5 weeks. You are almost about to complete the
module and you got into an issue and you are unable to resolve. Your team leader is away right
on this time. No other team members are able to help you. Can you please explain what steps
you will do to complete your task?


2. It is end of the day and you have to attend yours friend marriage. But you have critical task to
complete. It will take another 2 hour to complete, but the marriage ceremony will start in next
1 hour. You don’t know what to do. And the team leader is not available. Please explain what
will you do in this situation


3. You are the assigned as Team leader for the project. You are most technically knowledgeable
person in the company. One of your team members encountered an issue in code - it is
throwing an exception. But he is not able to solve it, so he approaches you. The issue is very
complex and you are unable to find a solution. What steps will you take to resolve the issue?


4. Write about something you've done in your job that was creative. Think of a specific example.

example.


9. In many problem situations, it is tempting to jump to a conclusion in order to quickly build a
solution. Describe a time when you resisted this temptation and thoroughly researched the
problem before reaching a decision.
