Job Description
Managing few Persistency campaigns end to end
Manpower & roaster planning for set of campaigns
Managing various vendors for a smooth operations
Liaison with different departments like Branch Ops, Hub, Customer Services etc
Making sure desired targets are met and tracked daily/weekly/monthly basis
Taking initiatives to improve collections & contact ability and reduce cost
