Job Discription:
* Full responsibility for part of a book or other deliverable of moderate complexity.
* Follow department work procedures, guidelines, style guides and deliver documents.

Use tools/scripts to generate reports based on user activity.
*
Update existing materials.
*
Re-write, re-format, test, and correct materials written by department collaborators.
*
Collaborate with Developers and testers on the Professional services team.
*
Understand the business requirements of the field and deliver the documentation within a short turnaround time.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. The candidate should posess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent grammatical skills required.
3. Familiar with software and manufacturing documentation required for new product introduction.
4. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Robohelp 7 skills.
5. Ability to learn new technologies and how to use new tools quickly on your own.
