Roles and Responsibilities

1. Decipher high level requirements and prepare technical specifications


2. Design and develop HR WF/ ABAP solutions to meet the requirements


3. Preparing test cases, test documents and UAT documents.


4. Complete ownership of the development and testing


5. Production support on the developments after go live


6. Be able to understand existing processes and enhance the same.


7. Work seamlessly with Global team

1. A graduate with BE/BTech/MCA from a reputed university


2. Work experience with global teams with a cross cultural understanding


3. Excellent communication skills with an open and flexible attitude towards work


4. An Excellent team player passionate about the work


5. Self motivated team player with the ability to influence innovative solutions to the business problems.


6. 3 to 5 years of HR ABAP development experience in ECC 5.0 and above


7. Working experience in reporting, BDC, user exit enhancements, file interfaces


8. Good knowledge and experience in Workflow, BAPI, BADI, ALE/IDOC


9. Upgrade exposure, implementation of OSS note, SPAU / SPDD, Unicode experience


10. Thorough knowledge of OOPS concepts - Class, business objects, methods


11. Exposure to HR MSS/ESS functionality


12. Functional knowledge in HR (PA/PD/ESS/MSS/Benefits) to understand the requirements and work with functional teams


13. Knowledge/Work experience in Portal 5 and above is a plus


14. Knowledge/Work experience in WebDynpro (ABAP / Java) is a plus


15. Knowledge/Work experience in SD/FI modules is a plus
