We are on look out for Team Lead/SSE with strong .NET experience. 1) Designation : Team Lead/SSE (ASP.NET, C# and VB.NET) Location : Bangalore (Should be open for frequent onsite travel)
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: · Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or relevant equivalent · Minimum 5 years of IT experience working on .NET platform JOB DETAILS · Job requires deep expertise in ASP.NET, VB.NET skills. · Expertise in Object Oriented Programming techniques, JavaScript, ASP.NET, AJAX, XML, XSLT, Web Services, Design Patterns and any unit testing framework (NUnit). · Ability to lead a diverse team with different skill levels and backgrounds challenged with complex tasks. · Knowledge on Threading, Performance optimization and security analysis are required. · Knowledge working with RDBMS is desired. · Ability to understand existing application programs and systems, ability to troubleshoot issues, isolate problems and identify technical solutions. · Ability to review and understand existing application code and relate to design/business functions. Should be able to work with Business Analyst/Teach leads to understand and discuss enhancements to existing application code, modules and application interfaces. · Should be able to create technical documentation. · Experience working with corporate banking applications is preferred. · Problem-solving skills and the ability to think out of the box are required. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
