Responsibilities:
• Guide and mentor team members.
• Thorough understanding of SDLC processes like Low level design preparation, Code review, Unit testing spec review etc
• Should have experience of preparing UML diagrams (Class Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams)
• High level understanding of the functionality of the assigned module in terms of functional as well as technical areas.
• Preparing and monitoring detailed weekly work schedules of developers in consultation with supervisor and tracking the same.
