Job Description
Looking for Senior Software Engineer ( DSP).
Desired Profile
A person having 2-5+ years of development experience in digital signal processing, digital communication, embedded systems & having understanding of physical layer and interfacing with higher layers. The candidate should have good system level understanding with focus on interaction of physical layer with higher layers.
Mandatory Skills:
1. Good programming & debugging skills in 'C'
2. Good knowledge of Digital Signal Processing.
3. Good knowledge of UMTS/LTE and physical layer concepts.
4. Experience in system integration, support & bug fixing activities
5. Good customer orientation
Preferred Skills:
1. Good knowledge of wireless domain (WCDMA/GPRS/GSM)
2. Complete Layer-1 DSP SW Development, Participation in Architecture Specification, Design, and Coding & Module/SubSystem testing
3. Good Working Knowledge with MATLAB
4. 2G - GSM / EDGE / EDGE-II
5. 3G - WCDMA / LTE
6. Interfacing with the client.
7. He/She has to ramp-up on existing implementation of UMTS physical layer and LTE physical layer.
8. Participation in scope and effort estimation of the new features required by the client.
9. anticipation in System Design and architecture on the specified hardware
10. Layer 1 signal processing algorithms development.
